The B2C meetings among companies, shipyards, captains and yacht managers are organized through a digital platform providing customized agendas, the YARE App. “B2C Meet The Captain” is the Focus of the event, an intense session of business divided in 2 half-days. During the Superyacht Captains’ Forum, YARE provides interesting insights concerning the market trends and addressing the hottest topics of the industry. Social happenings such as the Gala Dinner and the Captains’ Dinner are the perfect occasion to do extra networking.

Every year we select as our guests a group of 100 Captains from all over the world.
About 100, among Yacht Captains, Chief Engineers, Yacht Managers, are invited to attend a 3-day calendar at Yare 2025.
This includes the District tour, the Captains’ Forum and the B2C with the companies.

The Superyacht Captains’ Forum, in cooperation with The Superyacht Group, is an event featuring expert panel debates and seminars for captains, first officers, chief engineers, yacht managers, and industry professionals. Providing expert insight into the current state of the superyacht market and addressing a range of topics related to the industry, the Forum is a must-attend event in the yachting calendar.
B2C MEETINGS WITH YACHT CAPTAINS: FACE TO FACE WITH THE KEY LEADERS
The heart of YARE are the meetings between companies and captains. An intense session of business where companies can promote their business, products, and services through a personalized agenda that guarantees up to 15 meetings. A digital matchmaking platform, the dedicated YARE App, allows accurate profiling of the companies and real target matching.
PASSERELLE PITCH FOR COMPANIES & RINA CAPTAINS AWARDS: INNOVATION AND IDEAS ARE THE KEY
The companies participating at YARE can apply to present their innovativations and participate to the “Passerelle Pitch”, a 180 seconds speech to promote your products or services which will be evaluated by a jury of captains. The most innovative idea will be awarded with a special prize!
A prestigious special award dedicated to Captains and promoted by RINA will enrich this year edition too, the RINA Captains Awards.
