Spectacular international boat show at Marina Baotić wraps up with over 12,000 sea and sailing enthusiasts attending from April 10–13

Seget Donji, April 14, 2025 – The second edition of the Dalmatia Boat Show has confirmed what many already believed – that Dalmatia has secured its place as one of the region’s most attractive international nautical fairs. The event came to a grand close this weekend with the sound of boat horns echoing through Marina Baotić.
From April 10 to 13, no true lover of yachting, luxury, or good vibes missed the opportunity to visit Marina Baotić in Seget Donji. Over 12,000 visitors walked through the fairgrounds, where 150 exhibitors, 200 vessels, 72 brands, and 15 premieres were on display. Compared to last year, the show welcomed 2,000 more attendees and 25% more exhibitors, proving its rising quality and appeal despite the current slowdown in nautical tourism.

“Once again, we’ve shown that Croatia is one of the most attractive nautical destinations with a strong tradition in the sector. With Dalmatia Boat Show, we’ve kicked off a new nautical season and, despite market stagnation and geopolitical uncertainty, we’re optimistic about strong results this year,” said Željko Baotić, owner of Marina Baotić and the show’s founder, who has been in the industry for over 35 years and built one of Croatia’s most modern marinas in Seget Donji. “I’m especially pleased that our exhibitors were so satisfied and that every one of them plans to return next year. Huge thanks to my team for a job well done. See you all at the third edition in April 2026!”

The show had something for everyone – from luxury boats and cars to gourmet food and wine, live music, and business panels. One of the showstoppers was a spectacular fireworks display lighting up the Seget Donji sky on Saturday night.
Electric and eco-friendly vessels drew major interest, including the premiere of the DeAntonio E-23, a 7-meter open catamaran. Crowds gathered to glimpse the most expensive yacht of the event – an Absolute yacht priced at €5.4 million. Visitors also lined up to take selfies aboard the Hanse 360, Europe’s Sailboat of the Year. Catamarans, RIBs, and a wide range of nautical services and gear rounded out the impressive offering.

Sustainability remained a key theme, with a panel discussion on “What to Do with Abandoned Boats in Marinas” and an ecological sea clean-up combined with a seashell workshop for schoolchildren from Seget Donji and Kaštela.
The show also drew plenty of familiar faces from the Croatian public scene, including Ana Gruica & Boran Uglešić, Vanja Halilović, Frane Barbieri, composer Tomo Mrduljaš, comedian Zlatan Zuhrić-Zuhra, Feliks Lukas (WTA Makarska Open), Cambi frontman Joško Tranfić, Mr. Perfect – Šime Elez, and Snježana Schillinger (ex Mehun).

See you again at Marina Baotić for the third edition of Dalmatia Boat Show!
