Marina Management
Smaller or private Marinas will often have their own management team onsite, and manage themselves. Other Marina owners and directors prefer to use a Marina Management company and leave the bureaucracy to them. These companies may collect a portfolio of Marinas under their management, usually then forming a group, which can be effective in improving efficiency and reducing managements costs for all.
