Nestled in a sheltered bay, Marina Korkyra boasts a unique design resembling an island, connected to the mainland by bridges. The marina offers modern facilities, including 132 berths for vessels ranging from 7 to 40 meters, ensuring top-tier service and comfort for sailors. Designed with a deep understanding of sailors’ needs, Marina Korkyra embodies a commitment to quality and satisfaction.
Enhancing Facilities to Better Serve Clients
Marina 21 Group is committed to raising the standards at Marina Korkyra, drawing on its extensive experience managing other high-quality marinas. Plans are underway to build additional sanitary facilities, including toilets and showers, in response to client feedback. These amenities will be housed within the current marina restaurant, which will be reimagined as a cozy café serving a selection of beverages and simple dishes, catering to both marina guests and visitors.
Expanding Capacity and Boosting Safety
A significant project to increase Marina Korkyra’s capacity from 132 to 177 berths will soon commence. This expansion includes the construction of a new breakwater attached to the existing municipal pier. Designed to protect the marina’s entrance from the west, the breakwater will enhance vessel safety and minimize wave impact within the marina. Construction is expected to conclude before the summer season of 2025, though Marina 21 Group appreciates clients’ understanding should unforeseen delays occur.
